Description

  • Partner with Account Executives as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales process from discovery through close.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, security challenges, business priorities, integration requirements, and success criteria.
  • Design scalable solution architectures aligned to customer security workflows, operational needs, and enterprise standards.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and executive briefings tailored to customer use cases.
  • Plan and lead proof-of-value engagements, including scope definition, execution, troubleshooting, and results presentation.
  • Guide customers on deployment planning, APIs, integrations, data flows, authentication, and adoption best practices.
  • Respond to technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and other due-diligence requests.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements, competitive insights, and product feedback.
  • Develop reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, demo environments, implementation guidance, and enablement materials.
  • Represent Bolster at customer events, webinars, conferences, and industry forums as a technical subject-matter expert.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Security Engineering, Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity solutions in complex customer environments.
  • Knowledge of digital risk protection, phishing, brand impersonation, threat intelligence, external attack surface management, or related security disciplines.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and employment-based immigration support are not available.
  • Location: Remote (U.S. only).
