Description

  • Own marketing analytics across paid ads, email, SEO, lifecycle, organic/social, and market expansion channels.
  • Produce weekly marketing performance updates and maintain channel-, country-, campaign-, and audience-level dashboards.
  • Investigate performance anomalies, surface trends, and translate raw data into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain attribution and unit economics models linking marketing activity to commission revenue and lifetime value.
  • Analyze ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and payback across channels, countries, campaigns, and segments.
  • Partner with Finance to align attribution outputs to revenue recognition.
  • Identify growth opportunities across countries, segments, channels, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Monitor anomalies proactively to prevent wasted spend and recommend budget reallocations toward higher-ROI surfaces.
  • Support CRO and experimentation by defining measurement plans, analyzing landing-page tests, and quantifying experimental lift.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing on campaign planning, budget allocation, and post-launch performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Growth Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools such as Google Ads, Meta, and GA4, ideally with lifecycle/email platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills and behavioural analysis skills.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.
  • Commercial mindset focused on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics.
  • Excellent async written communication skills in a remote-first environment.
  • Prior experience in fintech, prop trading, or D2C SaaS is preferred.
  • Experience with incrementality testing is preferred.
  • International or multi-market analytics experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with affiliate or partner attribution models is preferred.
