Description

  • Source candidates for engineering, product, and operating roles at high-growth startups.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline end to end from outreach through placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Move candidates quickly through screening, interviewing, and closing stages.
  • Work independently to fill roles efficiently and at speed.
  • Drive successful placements across a steady flow of startup openings.
  • Focus on closing candidates and completing placements rather than generating new business.
  • Collaborate with the provided tech stack and outreach tools to improve sourcing and placement efficiency.

Requirements

  • Track record of placing technical or startup talent, or willingness to learn.
  • Self-directed and motivated by uncapped commission rather than a salary safety net.
  • Ability to move quickly and close candidates effectively.
  • Comfort managing a full pipeline independently.
  • Ability to work on a commission-only basis to start, with compensation changing over time based on tenure and success.
