Description

  • Work with other software developers to build robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack software solutions.
  • Design and develop software algorithms for core robotic manufacturing technologies.
  • Conduct research and experimentation to improve software system performance.
  • Perform detailed analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing.
  • Analyze complex functions, procedures, and problems to deliver effective solutions.
  • Prototype, evaluate, and deploy agentic AI capabilities, including tool integrations, workflow orchestration, and retrieval-augmented experiences.
  • Stay current with advances in AI techniques and advanced algorithms.
  • Participate in design reviews and code reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in Python programming.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks such as RL, CNNs, RNNs, and Keras.
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and quick learning ability.
  • Ability to stay organized, focused, and persistent while meeting delivery dates.
  • Preferred: knowledge of robotics solutions and robotic manipulators.
  • Preferred: experience integrating applications with LLMs, AI APIs, or agentic frameworks.
  • Preferred: familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool/function calling, vector databases, or model evaluation.
