Description

  • Lead client engagements focused on strategic account management, customer segmentation, stakeholder mapping, and value-based engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate working sessions, capability-building workshops, and solution design discussions with client stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to analyze customer and market data and turn insights into account planning tools, recommendations, and commercial solutions.
  • Design and develop customized tools, frameworks, training materials, and other resources that improve account management discipline and commercial execution.
  • Translate customer insights, data, and marketplace intelligence into actionable solutions that support behavior change and capability building.
  • Build materials that help clients articulate value, differentiate offerings, and align with priorities across health systems, IDNs, payers, and emerging stakeholders.
  • Manage project workstreams and coordinate deliverables across internal and client stakeholders.
  • Develop polished client-ready deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and related formats.
  • Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness and business impact of commercial and account management interventions.
  • Maintain strong client and team relationships through responsiveness, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial organization, consulting, agency, or related roles.
  • Experience across multiple pharmaceutical or biopharma companies, therapeutic areas, or commercial structures.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, including the interactions between commercial, market access, and medical affairs teams.
  • Deep understanding of the evolving healthcare ecosystem, including quality metrics, total cost of care, population health, care delivery models, and emerging customer types.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize therapeutic areas and brand strategies in the context of customer needs and account-level opportunities.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, innovative thinking, and experience conducting needs analyses and building tailored, customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify and communicate complex scientific, technical, or market concepts for diverse audiences.
  • High comfort level with technology platforms and Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Forms.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organizational change and human capital development initiatives.
  • Pharmaceutical, agency, or commercial marketing experience preferred, with account management or commercial excellence experience strongly valued.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients virtually and in person.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Interest in growing into a more senior consulting role over time.
