Description

  • Lead end-to-end PMIS implementations for federal-sector clients in accordance with project management standards and best practices.
  • Gather requirements, assess workflows, and define project scope with client stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize PMIS platforms to match client processes and integrate with existing systems.
  • Administer and maintain the eBuilder environment, including project setup, user provisioning, permissions, and configuration changes.
  • Design and maintain templates, dashboards, reports, mail merges, document workflows, and related eBuilder artifacts.
  • Collaborate with task leads, document control, procurement, IT, project controls, and client management to translate needs into system configurations and enhancements.
  • Provide system support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation assistance to users and clients.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, onboarding sessions, refreshers, and user adoption support.
  • Review product release notes and enhancements, assess their impact, and implement updates as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, track risks, and report implementation milestones to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing PMIS solutions.
  • Experience with PMIS tools such as eBuilder, Unifier, Kahua, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
  • Technical proficiency in configuring and customizing PMIS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate implementation issues.
  • Experience conducting training sessions and supporting user adoption of new systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
