Description

  • Support healthcare organizations in solving complex operational and reporting challenges.
  • Drive strategic process improvement initiatives across client engagements.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple priorities independently.
  • Provide advisory support to clients on quality reporting and healthcare IT needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver clear, straightforward recommendations.
  • Help strengthen data ecosystems that support clinical workflows and operational processes.
  • Contribute to implementation and analytics work that improves care delivery and reporting outcomes.

Requirements

  • EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Experience with Quality Reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in a consulting environment with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare IT, advisory services, or analytics work.
