Description

  • Complete 60 hours of hands-on training during the first month.
  • Prepare for and earn the Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant credential.
  • Apply data integration, platform architecture, and client solution design concepts.
  • Transition to active client implementation teams during months two and three.
  • Complete an additional 80 hours of Academy enablement while working on projects.
  • Configure system logic, map data flows, and verify project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams while owning individual tasks and learning goals.
  • Receive feedback, on-the-job training, and senior mentorship on complex data strategy initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Any amount of professional work experience is accepted.
  • Ability to work for an employer without sponsorship.
  • Ability to rapidly learn, retain, and apply complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in configuration, data mapping, and requirements verification.
  • Strong collaboration, accountability, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to seek and apply constructive feedback.
  • Start date of November 2, 2026.
