Description

  • Consult with clients to understand business goals, workflows, and collaboration needs.
  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy SharePoint and other Microsoft workplace solutions.
  • Support planning, implementation, migration, security, and governance for Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
  • Articulate business transformation opportunities using Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  • Provide technical recommendations to improve collaboration, productivity, and security.
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously, independently or as part of a small team.
  • Troubleshoot and proactively solve client issues and identify additional client needs.
  • Explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in modern workplace solutions.
  • Travel as needed to support client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or 5+ years of comparable experience.
  • Experience with Office 365, including Copilot.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office 365 collaboration stack, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Groups, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Experience with SharePoint planning, implementation, migration, security, and governance.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, including Microsoft Office 365 native modules and community modules such as PnP.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or in a small team.
  • Experience migrating file shares, SharePoint, and cloud-based file repositories to Office 365.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale Microsoft-based systems in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Must be able to travel as needed and be a US citizen eligible for clearance; up to a 10-year background investigation may be required.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications or willingness to continue upskilling are required.
  • Preferred: experience working for a technology consulting firm or software product company.
  • Preferred: working familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including Entra ID.
  • Preferred: experience envisioning, designing, and implementing a Modern Intranet.
  • Preferred: understanding of the Microsoft Viva suite.

  • Salary range of $120,000 to $210,000.
