Description

  • Support healthcare organizations in solving complex operational and technology challenges.
  • Drive strategic process improvement across client engagements.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and deliver work independently.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and provide straightforward guidance.
  • Collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve difficult problems.
  • Contribute to healthcare IT implementations, governance, and analytics initiatives.
  • Help build data ecosystems that support clinical workflows and operational automation.
  • Support consulting projects for current and future client needs.

Requirements

  • Epic Grand Central certification is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Experience with the Case Management Module.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, advisory services, or implementation work is preferred.
