Description

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client workflows, business requirements, and implementation needs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable software configurations and implementation plans.
  • Configure software environments, customize platform settings, and coordinate advanced configuration requests with technical teams.
  • Support data migration, API integrations, third-party connectivity, and data validation.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, live demonstrations, user workshops, and training documentation.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical blockers when needed.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Provide regular project updates, communicate status to stakeholders, and support client satisfaction through implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, client onboarding, or customer success.
  • Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting data migrations and system integrations.
  • Preferred experience implementing CRM platforms, ERP systems, HRIS solutions, project management software, or operations platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or consulting environments.
  • Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience creating onboarding materials, SOPs, and training documentation.
  • Familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or Trello.
