Description

  • Design and launch PKH’s learning and development function, including governance, delivery formats, and measurement frameworks.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments across Admissions, Student Services, CRM, and other teams to create a phased training roadmap.
  • Build and maintain a library of training content, assessments, and job aids in Canvas or another agreed-upon LMS.
  • Partner with functional leaders to create onboarding curricula for new admissions reps, student success coaches, and CRM users.
  • Develop and support a knowledge management system as partners and services expand.
  • Define standards for training documentation, version control, and content lifecycle management.
  • Facilitate live virtual training sessions and develop asynchronous learning content such as e-learning modules, videos, guides, and scenario-based exercises.
  • Deliver Salesforce Education Cloud CRM training covering workflows, data entry standards, and reporting.
  • Design assessments, knowledge checks, behavioral checklists, and review cadences to measure training effectiveness and on-the-job adoption.
  • Partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and the CTO’s team to align training with organizational needs, CRM updates, change management, and partner institution requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training management, or instructional design.
  • Experience in higher education or an OPM environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building training programs from the ground up.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training for enrollment/admissions, student services, or CRM-heavy operational teams.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Track record of designing performance measurement systems that connect training delivery to behavioral outcomes.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills for leading virtual sessions with audiences ranging from front-line staff to senior leaders.
  • Strong project management discipline and the ability to manage multiple training workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM training.
  • Experience supporting technology implementation training, including system rollouts and workflow changes.
