Description

  • Implement and install solutions on customer infrastructure platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues across implementation layers onsite and offsite.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and support tickets.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support and engineering teams at different levels.
  • Provide support services for incidents and issues related to enterprise solutions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering/Science, Computer Application, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and presentation.
  • Strong Russian communication skills, including speaking, writing, and presentation.
  • Based in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, or Turkmenistan.
  • Willingness to travel and work extra hours when needed.
  • Experience with database engines such as Oracle, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with operating systems including Linux and Microsoft Windows.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or HashiCorp Nomad.
  • Working experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, or IBM WebSphere.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, Helm, and Ansible.
  • Knowledge of Directory Services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Professional, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-managed, and able to work well in a team.
  • Strong initiative, time management, and results-oriented approach.
  • Preferred experience in large enterprise environments, especially payments and remittance solutions.
  • Preferred experience in cloud computing, virtualization technologies, storage, and network infrastructure.
  • Preferred experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and backup/recovery strategies.
  • Preferred knowledge of PKI infrastructure and Certificate Authorities.
  • Preferred knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Preferred knowledge of server and client operating systems and object storage management.
  • Preferred knowledge of security authentication and authorization solutions such as HashiCorp Vault and Keycloak.
  • Preferred knowledge of cloud-based solution infrastructure including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, and IBM Cloud.
