Description

  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify and advance product opportunities.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to qualify leads and shape solution concepts.
  • Assess customer needs and perform pre-demo requirement analysis.
  • Lead techno-functional discussions during pre-sales interactions and capture requirements clearly.
  • Own the full pre-sales cycle, including scoping, product fitment, solutioning, and technical proposal creation.
  • Draft solution scope documents and hand requirements over to delivery and product teams for estimation and execution.
  • Create product demo scripts and scenarios and coordinate product demos and workshops.
  • Manage and execute the RFI and RFP bidding process.
  • Develop statements of work and other contractual documents as needed.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis and position the company’s products against competitors across different geographies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Strong self-initiation and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to follow up effectively and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to represent the company professionally.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Good knowledge of global real-time, rails, retail payments, and the payments landscape.
  • Understanding of real-time payments, PSD2, Open Banking, Payment Hub, SWIFT, and SEPA.
  • Knowledge of the African payments landscape, especially Francophone Africa, is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience creating PowerPoint presentations, documents, and analysis reports.
  • Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
  • Must stay current on market trends and developments in the payments domain across relevant geographies.
