Description

  • Own the growth and marketing strategy and shape the company’s go-to-market approach.
  • Diagnose, rebuild, and scale the pipeline through end-to-end demand generation experimentation.
  • Reset positioning and messaging, and lead product launches and GTM execution.
  • Develop and refine the company’s view on how AI is reshaping the category and how ProdPad should compete.
  • Own performance across the funnel using analytics to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Shape consistent content and brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Plan and run high-impact campaigns across SEO, paid, content, and email channels.
  • Use customer feedback and behavioural data to improve messaging, the customer journey, and product direction.
  • Own core marketing metrics including MQLs, CAC, and LTV.
  • Deliver measurable growth and pipeline impact with accountability for revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS growth, demand generation, or pipeline-focused marketing roles.
  • Experience owning pipeline or revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, ICP definition, and funnel optimisation.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Data-driven, experimental approach to decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Confidence challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities proactively.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of AARRR metrics, SEO, paid acquisition, copywriting, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and web analytics platforms.
