Description

  • Lead BIM coordinators, Revit modelers, VDC specialists, and digital delivery staff across multiple projects.
  • Establish and enforce BIM production standards, QA/QC procedures, modeling workflows, and delivery expectations.
  • Oversee model production to ensure efficient execution, coordination, and timely delivery of high-quality BIM deliverables.
  • Manage staffing, workload balancing, production schedules, and project priorities to support fast-track delivery.
  • Mentor teams on Revit best practices, MEP coordination, constructability, and model organization.
  • Develop scalable workflows and standardized processes that improve efficiency, model consistency, and reduce rework.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, BIM leadership, and client stakeholders to align BIM processes and delivery expectations.
  • Provide technical leadership and training on BIM automation, AI integration, generative design, and advanced Revit development.
  • Perform model audits and manage QA/QC reporting, issue tracking, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate intake and integration of NavVis VLX datasets and point clouds into Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent highly relevant experience may be considered.
  • 10+ years of BIM/VDC experience with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams and enterprise BIM standards.
  • Strong background in QA/QC, Scan-to-BIM, BIM automation, and BIM coordination workflows.
  • Experience developing Revit families, templates, and automation workflows for MEP systems and digital delivery processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, BIM Execution Planning, and digital construction workflows.
  • Experience with BIM technologies and plugins such as DiRoots, PyRevit, Dynamo, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Recap Pro, BIM Track/Revizto, and ACC/BIM 360.
  • Experience with MEP model production, BIM automation, and advanced Revit workflow development is preferred.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with Revit API development, scripting, and BIM automation tools is preferred.
  • PMP, CM-BIM, or VDC certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin technologies, facilities integration workflows, NavVis VLX, and NavVis Ivion is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise BIM implementations across multiple concurrent projects is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted BIM technologies, generative design workflows, and MEP automation tools is preferred.
