Description

  • Own design output across the client portfolio from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Translate loose direction into multiple distinct creative directions quickly.
  • Produce polished creative for national accounts with a large-agency level standard.
  • Maintain quality control across all design work leaving the agency.
  • Review and elevate work produced by other team members.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across copy, specifications, calls to action, and brand guidelines.
  • Partner closely with the technical lead on projects that move from design into development or production.
  • Participate in creative reviews with senior marketing stakeholders on key accounts.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual range, finished polish, and work with meaningful brand stakes.
  • Senior-level conceptual ability with confidence starting from a blank page and generating multiple creative options.
  • Ability to work quickly and consistently, producing strong first drafts that need refinement rather than a full redesign.
  • Genuine fluency with AI creative tools and a demonstrable process for using them to generate concepts and develop finished creative.
  • Strong client-facing presence with the ability to present, defend, and adjust creative work for senior marketing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work during US Central Time business hours.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strongly preferred: Figma for UI/UX work and collaboration with development.
  • A plus: motion, animation, or video capability.
  • A plus: comfort with email design and build.
