Description

  • Represent Cora in your city by regularly attending local events, meetups, happy hours, and chamber dinners to generate warm leads.
  • Demo Cora’s product suite (Team Brains, Brain Boot, Agents, CEO Brain Coaching, AI Transformation) and sell across deal sizes from $2,000 to $20,000+/month.
  • Run and close Brain Boot workshops and other on-site/remote engagements to demonstrate value and accelerate adoption.
  • Nurture conversations from initial meetings through follow-up and contract negotiation to consistently close deals.
  • Develop and own your local go-to-market motion and sales playbook as Cora scales in your market.
  • Coordinate consultative sales conversations and determine the right product mix (including Process Street) for each customer.
  • Work autonomously to build your pipeline, manage territory activities, and hit revenue targets without daily management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate larger transformation deals and align on customer success and implementation needs.

Requirements

  • Active user of AI tools (Claude Code preferred) and able to show examples of what you’ve built.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or community-building roles.
  • Located in a major metro area (role is fully remote but requires being based in a metro).
  • Willing to attend 3–5 business events per week, including evenings.
  • Comfortable with consultative selling across deal sizes from $2K to $20K+/month.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously without daily management.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or professional services (nice to have).
  • Existing relationships in local startup, SMB, or tech communities and/or experience building agentic workflows or automation sequences (nice to have).
