Description

  • Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and coordinate smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams.
  • Train and support surgeons, OR staff, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling.
  • Track surgeon progression through the onboarding pathway and document completion of required milestones.
  • Build early relationships with surgeons and office staff to support scheduling and practice integration.
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
  • Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to inform Marketing and R&D product and program improvements.
  • Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Upload case logs for all covered cases in accordance with policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical device sales environment or B2B background.
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Ability to achieve clinical proficiency and independently cover a case within 60 days after graduation from Aqua Academy.
  • Willingness to complete up to 30 days of supplemental coaching if additional support is needed to gain sign-off.
  • Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity (preferred).
  • Experience in OR training and procedural support (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and administrative discipline with CRM and expense reporting (preferred).
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to learn quickly (preferred).
