Description

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas for the assigned territory.
  • Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan covering sales objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly forecasts and capital pipeline updates through defined systems.
  • Educate medical professionals on product use, staff training, in-services, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Communicate the Aquabeam value proposition and manage the full sales process for new and existing hospitals.
  • Develop relationships with CEOs, senior hospital administrators, clinicians, KOLs, and key customers.
  • Coordinate the transition from initial sale and installation to the Aquablation sales team to support procedural growth.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, International Sales, and Finance to support customer engagement, events, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records in the PROCEPT CRM system and ensure required sales reporting forms are completed on time.
  • Support compliance with quality systems, FDA regulations, Sunshine Act policies, and local industry accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales within the urology space or operating room environment.
  • Experience selling capital equipment and innovative products.
  • Experience introducing market development programs to hospitals and/or physician practices.
  • Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.
  • Demonstrated leadership and commercial skills through past professional performance.
  • Ability to travel extensively in Germany up to 80%.
  • Ability to attend internal and external meetings internationally if required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain hospital credentials and comply with facility access requirements.
