Description

  • Manage relationships for an assigned caseload of families and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Conduct intake calls and clearly explain program expectations to new families.
  • Build and maintain schedules involving students, instructors, and multiple platforms.
  • Communicate with families about scheduling, progress, and concerns by phone, video, and written correspondence.
  • Monitor student progress and escalate concerns to appropriate specialists.
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure tutoring sessions run smoothly.
  • Use scheduling systems, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and CRM or case management tools.
  • Represent Tutor Me Education professionally in interactions with families and school partners.
  • Support basic oversight of IEP and 504 accommodation compliance after training.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Some experience in an educational setting, such as a school, tutoring program, or similar environment.
  • Experience with special education, IEPs, 504 plans, or students with disabilities strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and learning multiple software platforms.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, working webcam, and headset or microphone for virtual meetings.
  • Prior remote or virtual work experience preferred.
  • Customer service, account management, or other client-facing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
