Description

Create, maintain, update, and distribute project timelines using MS Project or similar systems.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record and circulate minutes, and file documentation in the Trial Master File.
Maintain clinical trial management system data, including milestones, contacts, enrollment projections, and helpdesk remediation.
Prepare and track study-specific training, maintain training records, and address training gaps.
Set up and manage study SharePoint sites, project email boxes, system access, and periodic access reviews.
Order and coordinate study supplies, binders, and other study materials, including shipment to appropriate locations.
Maintain study trackers and support the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study documents and materials.
Distribute study communications, safety reports, newsletters, and other updates to sites, investigators, sponsors, and vendors.
Support translations, study reports, and project-related requests as directed by project leadership.

Requirements

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
Fluency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Customer-service orientation, flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Ability to self-motivate, plan independently, and work effectively within a team.
