Description

Create, maintain, update, and distribute project timelines using MS Project or similar systems.
Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record and circulate minutes, and file documentation in the Trial Master File.
Maintain Clinical Trial Management System data, including milestones, contact lists, enrollment projections, and helpdesk remediation.
Prepare and track study-specific training, maintain training records, and escalate training gaps.
Establish and maintain study SharePoint sites, project email boxes, system access, and access reviews.
Order and coordinate study supplies, binders, and other study materials, including shipping to appropriate locations.
Maintain study trackers and support study reports, updates, and material reconciliation.
Send study communications to sites, investigators, sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders, including safety reports and newsletters.
Support safety report distribution, document translation, and other study activities as directed by project leadership.
Act as a point of contact for project-related requests and perform additional duties assigned by project leadership.

Requirements

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
Fluency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional-level written and spoken English proficiency.
Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidance.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Flexible, collaborative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
Commitment to conducting work professionally and consistently with Precision Principles.
