Description

Coordinate and support the delivery of special education academic services for students and families.
Manage class schedules to staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
Monitor student academic progress on both individual and group-wide levels.
Conduct progress conferences with stakeholders and help adjust academic plans and renew enrollments.
Maintain open communication with students and parents to support effective conflict resolution.
Support regional operations by submitting reports, taking detailed notes, and prioritizing daily tasks.
Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing business data, and logging communications with schools, tutors, and staff.
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory time management requirements.
Help uphold operational excellence across personnel, financial, and academic standards.
Ensure smooth execution of programs and initiatives for students and district partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
2-3 years of progressive career growth.
Experience working in virtual operations, especially with large teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
History of maintaining organized records and writing prompt, well-documented communications and notes.
Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Strong communication skills in virtual and in-person environments.
Ability to use communication tools such as phone, text, email, Google Meet, and Zoom.
Professional, approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport and trust with schools, customers, and team members.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and learn continuously.
Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
Familiarity with K-12 teaching methodologies is preferred.
Comfort using technology is preferred.
