Description

  • Perform light bodywork on vehicles, including prepping, sanding, and buffing.
  • Remove and install bumpers.
  • Complete minor plastic welding.
  • Perform small area bodywork, including Bondo repair.
  • Work in a production environment that may require mandatory overtime based on business needs.
  • Use state-of-the-art tools and follow safety procedures while completing repairs.
  • Help ensure vehicles are prepared to Carvana’s quality standards before reaching customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
  • Use of required safety equipment, such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective gear.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
  • Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
