Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and build trusted, proactive relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and help shift account management from reactive to proactive support.
  • Translate client briefs and feedback into clear direction for internal creative, copy, and design teams.
  • Partner closely with the studio project manager to keep work on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage high-volume social media content workflows across two accounts simultaneously.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and studio team to deliver against client goals.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support senior account leadership with budget tracking and financial oversight.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or another regulated industry.
  • Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, reactive environment while building more proactive client engagement.
  • Strong ability to translate client requests into actionable creative briefs for internal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication via Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration.
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing clients is preferred.
