Description

  • Develop and implement a commercial and functional partnership strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage the team responsible for Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other key partnerships.
  • Set targets and KPIs for team members and ensure performance goals are met.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and compliance to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to support innovation and competitiveness.
  • Develop strategies to attract and onboard new IBs.
  • Work with the marketing team to create and execute initiatives targeted at IBs.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide educational resources to help IBs promote the company’s services.
  • Hire and train personnel, build KPI tracking, and develop a bonus structure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within financial services, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing relationships with Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Strong functional leadership experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in partnership economics and relationship management.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and go-to-market strategies through the partnerships model.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Understanding of crypto assets, CFDs, and other asset classes in SEA, Africa, and LATAM markets.
