Description

  • Identify and build relationships with local IBs, affiliates, traders, and other potential partners to promote PrimeXBT in the local market.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with IBs, affiliates, and marketing channels as a representative of PrimeXBT.
  • Execute and monitor the IB/affiliate strategy to optimize channel performance and maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and adjust partnership results based on performance data.
  • Monitor local industry trends, competitor movements, and market developments to shape outreach and partnership strategy.
  • Communicate daily with colleagues and partners to maintain execution and track progress.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of business development experience in the crypto or CFD industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • A portfolio or existing base of partners is required or strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and strong execution skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Office tools, numbers, and spreadsheets.
  • Owns the necessary equipment for remote work, including a laptop and stable internet access.
  • Passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Existing partner relationships and prior collaboration with partners is a strong plus.
