Description

  • Maintain and update subscriber records across multiple online portals with accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and update structured Excel trackers to support operational efficiency.
  • Transfer, standardize, and clean data across multiple systems and web-based platforms.
  • Perform routine record updates, including additions, removals, and corrections.
  • Validate addresses, identifiers, allocation values, and dates to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify and escalate data discrepancies to protect data integrity.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and internal quality controls in daily work.
  • Maintain detailed logs and documentation of completed tasks for reporting and review.
  • Provide clear, concise written updates to the internal team.
  • Collaborate with teammates on internal operations without customer-facing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of data entry experience working with international clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven work style.
  • Reliable with repetitive operational tasks and able to work with precision.
  • Organized and deadline-aware, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and team correspondence.
  • Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently.
  • Comfortable working independently with self-motivation and initiative.
  • Experience in data entry, admin processing, or back-office work.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including sorting, filters, formatting, and basic formulas.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive.
  • Experience with copy-paste workflows and data cleanup.
  • Quick learner in web-based systems.
  • Not intended for analysts or advanced Excel specialists; accuracy and consistency are the priority.
