Description

  • Maintain approximately 70% billable utilization through dispatch and project work.
  • Travel onsite to client offices when required to support project delivery.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients and internal project stakeholders.
  • Work with the project team to execute project objectives defined in the statement of work.
  • Collect, analyze, and report project data against milestones and recommend next actions.
  • Review production, malfunction, and maintenance reports to identify and address issues.
  • Track project status, identify schedule risks, and help drive timely completion.
  • Manage assigned service tickets and respond within agreed timeframes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot ticket logs and perform incident routing analysis.
  • Serve as a first-level technical escalation point and coordinate with senior engineers and vendors to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Effective time management, multi-tasking, and self-management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-facing experience and comfort handling follow-up with customers to drive outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and initiative focused on continuous improvement.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Engineer or Project Engineer.
  • 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator supporting network, data center, and security technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Expert-level Microsoft Windows and Active Directory experience, including DNS, DHCP, NTFS, file/printer sharing, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with server hardware configuration, Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019, Microsoft 365, hypervisors, network design, WAN/BGP/MPLS, RDS/Citrix, Microsoft SQL 2012+, wireless networking, and enterprise security products.
  • Experience with VoIP implementation and management.
  • Authentication technology experience with SSO/SAML, MFA, and Zero Trust preferred.
  • Administrator or expert-level certifications in networking and cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure preferred.
