Description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Perform basic Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with Azure user, access, and configuration issues.
  • Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, Outlook, and mailbox problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve printer and printing-related issues.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting involving connectivity, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common applications.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate technical teams.
  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Exchange Online.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for printers and end-user devices.
  • Basic understanding of networking and network troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to diagnose issues systematically and work independently.
  • Hands-on practical experience with all core technologies is required.
