Description

  • Prepare quotes and process requisitions for hardware and software.
  • Handle sourcing, negotiation, ordering, receiving, and distribution of equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage client expectations through timely feedback and proactive communication.
  • Track, record, and audit products to support accurate client invoicing.
  • Participate in shipping and receiving activities.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required by management.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and databases.
  • Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with IT distributors or an MSP.
  • Must be equipment ready with a laptop, headset, and other necessary tools for remote work.
