Description

  • Proactively contact customers by phone and email to collect outstanding balances within established timelines.
  • Maintain required weekly call activity and accurately log all collection efforts in the system of record.
  • Work with the Accounts Receivable Manager to meet monthly cash collection targets.
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short-pays, and disputed invoices with internal teams such as billing and operations.
  • Identify delinquent accounts and recommend escalation actions including credit holds or service disconnections.
  • Build professional customer relationships while enforcing payment terms and company policies.
  • Participate in regular collections meetings to review results, challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all communication and documentation are accurate, timely, and complete.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing and credit issues affecting collections.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP and collections systems such as NetSuite, Centime, or equivalent.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • Equipment ready for remote work, including a laptop and headset.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone / night shift in the Philippines.
  • Full-time availability; this is not an independent contractor role.
