Description

Lead and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Deliver accurate internal financial reporting packages and ad hoc financial analysis.
Analyze financial results and investigate significant variances.
Supervise, mentor, and develop 1–2 direct reports.
Set priorities, workflows, and performance expectations for the accounting team.
Oversee general ledger integrity and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other accounting processes.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support external audits, lender reporting, PE sponsor requests, and internal control maintenance.
Improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
Support accounting integration of acquired businesses and optimize Sage Intacct reporting and workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
Experience managing or mentoring accounting staff.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working within ERP systems.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
CPA designation strongly preferred.
Experience in a private equity-backed company environment preferred.
Prior experience with Sage Intacct ERP preferred.
M&A accounting or acquisition integration experience preferred.
Experience improving processes and implementing scalable accounting controls preferred.
Applicants should be equipment ready, including a laptop and headset.
Ability to work Eastern Timezone hours on a night shift from the Philippines.
