Description

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and track legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.
  • Establish processes and procedures for site contract management across the organization.
  • Negotiate site budgets and support contract-related discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate and resolve complex issues involving clients and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance to business teams on the operational impact of contract terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Update study teams on contract negotiation and execution status.
  • Track, report, and manage site contract metrics and agreement expirations.
  • Coordinate agreement execution and maintain contract files, databases, and archives.
  • Identify process improvements and help implement policy and procedure changes to improve contract execution.
  • Mentor new SCMs and support other Precision for Medicine staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • Previous CRO experience.
  • 5+ years of oncology experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and site budget negotiations.
  • Experience leading interactions with institutions in the US, Europe, APAC, or other regions.
  • Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or an equivalent degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail preferred.
  • Experience setting up contracting plans/guides for CTA and budget negotiations preferred.
  • Experience with Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and Bid Defense Meetings (BDM) preferred.
  • Experience managing relationships with study teams, CRAs, Start-up Associates, or (S)BSCAs to meet study timelines preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
  • Ability to work fully remotely from Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, or the United Kingdom.
