Description

  • Prepare, review, draft, negotiate, and track agreements and amendments, including CDAs, CTAs, CTA amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
  • Lead interactions with internal study teams across North America and Europe as applicable.
  • Lead communications with sites regarding assigned agreements and contract matters.
  • Lead communications with sponsors regarding assigned agreements and contract matters.
  • Work with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
  • Ensure contracting activities follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Update study team members and sponsors on contract negotiation and execution status.
  • Coordinate execution of agreements.
  • Maintain contract files and databases, including email and document archiving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience in a clinical research or similar industry setting.
  • 3 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research.
  • Experience managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
  • Experience in contract research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Equivalent contract management experience in a clinical research or similar industry setting preferred.
