Description

  • Complete required rental documents accurately and on schedule.
  • Fact-check rental documentation for contract compliance.
  • Support the contract team with additional administrative duties as needed.
  • Work directly with customers to understand and resolve rental-related issues.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the rental process.
  • Use laptops, tablets, and company technology to complete daily work.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Champion safe work practices and support OSHA-aligned operations.
  • Stay informed about EquipmentShare products and services.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships throughout the rental process.
  • Comfort using laptops, tablets, and other technology.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekend on-call availability.
  • Employment is contingent on passing a background check; some roles may also require a drug test.
