Description

  • Support pre-award feasibility projects and contribute to business development and operational strategy efforts.
  • Prepare pre-award feasibility analyses and RFP input, including competitive, recruitment, standards of care, drug, epidemiology, site, and country analyses.
  • Review clinical protocols, study assumptions, client information, and study plans for US and global trials.
  • Present feasibility findings, recommendations, and rationale to business development teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and share feasibility information.
  • Conduct feasibility site outreach for pre-award opportunities and support site identification efforts.
  • Participate in business development and client calls, as well as feasibility kickoff and progress meetings with sponsors.
  • Deliver post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility work in line with study and client requirements.
  • Support and manage feasibility project team activities, including training, materials, survey data quality, and delivery standards.
  • Analyze collected site data to support site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategy development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Relevant experience in feasibility analysis and site identification.
  • Combination of qualifications and equivalent relevant experience may be accepted.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
  • Professional-level English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical thinking, IT platform skills, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities and advanced computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web/data-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently and in a matrix environment.
