Description

  • Drive the annual strategy and planning process, including assessing business upside and required resources.
  • Build tools and provide data support that helps teams make actionable decisions.
  • Develop business analyses that enable functional leads to share consistent information with their teams and stakeholders.
  • Respond to leadership inquiries with timely, accurate, data-driven insights using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Manage a small team of analysts supporting local and regional partners with insights and decision-making.
  • Create materials that communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with communications, marketing, and other functional teams to provide business recommendations and inform priorities.
  • Track progress on ongoing projects and support performance measurement through dashboards and reporting.
  • Work with FP&A and Advanced Analytics to assess business performance and identify areas of strength and weakness across countries.
  • Incubate and run special projects that can be tested and scaled across the business.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic roles, consulting, sales leadership, or scaling global businesses.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales operations, and enablement teams.
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strategic perspective and a passion for new products and solutions.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and SQL.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing startup environment.
  • Strong attention to both detail and macro-level outcomes.
  • US remote eligible and must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience using data to support strategic recommendations is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $200,000 to $247,000 USD.
  • Eligible for bonus.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Eligible for benefits.
  • Eligible for Employee Travel Credits.
  • Remote-eligible within approved U.S. states.
  • Occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as needed.
