Description

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and track legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.
  • Establish process and procedures for overall site contract management.
  • Negotiate site budgets and other client contracts.
  • Resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Advise business teams on the operational implications of contract terms.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Communicate contract negotiation and execution status to study team members.
  • Establish, track, report, and manage site contract metrics.
  • Coordinate agreement execution, track expirations and related obligations, and maintain contract files and databases.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to support timely contract execution and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • Previous CRO experience.
  • 5+ years of oncology experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and site budget negotiations.
  • Experience leading interactions with institutions in the US, Europe, APAC, or other regions.
  • Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
  • Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail preferred.
  • Experience setting up contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations preferred.
  • Experience with Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and Bid Defense Meetings (BDM) preferred.
