Description

  • Manage all aspects of clinical market research projects for internal and external clients.
  • Determine business and project problems and establish project objectives.
  • Analyze and oversee data collection for clinical surveys.
  • Maintain close communication with clients and provide timely updates on project status and changes.
  • Ensure project execution follows the study protocol and Sago’s Quality Management System standards.
  • Develop and review study materials and project schedules.
  • Attend project update meetings and lead study briefings.
  • Work with the Call Center to recruit participants and maintain quota control.
  • Manage subjects/respondents, support ongoing participation, and validate work according to guidelines.
  • Prepare required daily and weekly reporting and flag issues affecting timelines, quality, participation, or financial results.
  • Execute participant interviews by phone or in person and travel to study sites, client meetings, or trainings.
  • Assist with protocol writing, sponsor coordination, IRB submissions, site certifications, and site audits.
  • Deliver client-ready outputs such as cross tabs, Excel files, and prescreening data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a market research or clinical environment with strong knowledge of clinical practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to effectively engage respondents and secure their cooperation.
  • Strong client service orientation.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical research practices and advanced industry knowledge in clinical research and data collection.
  • Understanding of departmental roles, processes, and functions with the ability to apply this knowledge to benefit clients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to complete required trainings and certifications, including GCP and CITI.
