Description

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across individual projects and portfolios of work.
  • Develop plans, timelines, resource allocations, and progress trackers for complex programs.
  • Support or lead client-facing project management discussions and status reporting.
  • Monitor scope changes, manage change orders, and document impacts on time, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal workflows and cross-functional contributors across evidence synthesis, statistics, and economic modelling.
  • Track risks, dependencies, actions, milestones, and resourcing issues, escalating issues early to leadership.
  • Coordinate internal and external review cycles and collate feedback from external reviewers.
  • Maintain organized repositories of deliverables for clients.
  • Support strategic portfolio oversight, prioritization, and resource allocation with senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project management tools, templates, and reporting outputs.
  • Support proposal development and study start-up activities, including timeline development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or a related environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in a client-facing role supporting or leading project management communications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects (helpful).
  • Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs (helpful).
  • Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams (helpful).
  • Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management (helpful).
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solving skills and high attention to detail (helpful).
