Description

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across individual projects and portfolios, including planning, resourcing, timelines, progress tracking, and risk management.
  • Support or lead client-facing project management discussions and maintain clear communication on status, risks, dependencies, and actions.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, reports, and other project management documentation.
  • Monitor scope changes and manage change order processes, including documenting impacts on timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal workflows across scientific and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate alignment across disciplines and document decisions, actions, milestones, and agreed processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external review cycles and collate feedback from external reviewers.
  • Support financial and scope tracking, and escalate resourcing or delivery risks early to project leadership.
  • Maintain an organized repository of deliverables for clients.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project management tools and templates, and support cross-project knowledge sharing and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in a client-facing role supporting or leading project management communications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects (helpful).
  • Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs (helpful).
  • Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams (helpful).
  • Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management (helpful).
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills (helpful).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality (helpful).
