Description

  • Lead new and existing central laboratory projects from conception through close-out.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, revenue goals, forecasting, and resource plans against contracted scope.
  • Coordinate assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management, logistics, and kitting for client studies.
  • Serve as the cross-functional lead for assigned projects and monitor delivery against timelines and budget.
  • Communicate with clients, collaborators, vendors, and internal teams on data management, inventory control, shipping procedures, and project status.
  • Prepare and present project information, reports, and correspondence for internal and external meetings.
  • Track metrics, revenue, expenses, and billing; evaluate budget variances and report issues.
  • Identify out-of-scope work, operational issues, and risks, then escalate and support action plans.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, process documents, and work product to required standards.
  • Mentor junior Project Managers and support senior staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, such as engineering.
  • Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
  • Strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with exceptional emotional intelligence.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional research and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays, დაახლოებით 10-25%.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed to meet business demands.
