Description

Create, manage, and maintain project tickets in Jira, MS Project, or a similar tool.
Orchestrate day-to-day onboarding activities, including checklists, ticket follow-ups, client expectations, and reporting.
Prioritize and manage multiple jobs while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Track delivery through completion and ensure tasks are finished on time.
Serve as the main communication hub between Delivery, Product, Account, Engineering, Client Success, internal teams, and clients as needed.
Troubleshoot client and internal issues, handling an initial review before routing to the appropriate team.
Escalate concerns and issues to the Senior Client Success Manager when needed.
Organize and maintain client folders and ensure communications and documents are stored properly.
Conduct basic data analysis in Jira to identify operational metrics such as turnaround time and client inquiry trends.
Support preparation and maintenance of licenses, TPAs, SOWs, and other legal/compliance documentation.
Provide administrative support such as team meeting support, expense reporting, and calendaring.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in project management and administrative support.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a similar field preferred.
Experience in account or client services preferred.
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with Jira, Wrike, MS Project, Workfront, or similar digital/e-routing platforms.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills.
Project management, attention to detail, relationship building, conflict management, and presentation skills.
