Description

  • Own and lead global leadership development programs and initiatives for over 300 operational leaders across 10+ countries.
  • Drive end-to-end execution from needs analysis and program design through delivery and measurement of business impact.
  • Shape leadership development strategy and roadmaps, including tradeoffs, sequencing, and expected outcomes.
  • Propose and lead strategic initiatives aligned with CEG and Agoda priorities.
  • Innovate learning experiences using Agoda’s learning platforms, digital learning libraries, and GenAI to build scalable programs.
  • Analyze coaching adherence, operational performance metrics, and program feedback to identify capability gaps and improve program effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, including the CEG Senior Leadership Team and Central People team, to build alignment and drive decisions.
  • Lead change management to support sustainable adoption of new frameworks, processes, and programs.
  • Mentor team members in strategic thinking, structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and execution discipline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in people development, organizational effectiveness, or business transformation.
  • Experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Management Consulting is preferred.
  • Experience architecting scalable people and learning interventions such as competency models, learning journeys, coaching ecosystems, or behavior change programs.
  • Experience leading performance improvement initiatives with a focus on coaching effectiveness and leadership development program design and delivery.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect organizational structure and operating dynamics to measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups independently, including senior leadership.
  • Strong capability in strategic framing, roadmap development, and structured decision making.
  • Advanced data analysis skills and the ability to turn operational insights into actionable improvement strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility.
  • Ownership, accountability, and resilience in fast-paced, ambiguous, multicultural environments.
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required.
