Description

  • Support day-to-day project activities for assigned accounts, including timelines, status reports, hot sheets, and project routing.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and help anticipate and solve workflow challenges.
  • Assist with Workfront tasks, including project setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support programs totaling $1M-$2M and, with growth, help manage up to $1M-$1.5M with oversight.
  • Track and report budgets in partnership with PM, Account, and Finance teams to support accuracy and profitability.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal status meetings and project kickoff meetings.
  • Provide proactive updates on timelines and resourcing under guidance.
  • Learn agency frameworks, client needs, and regulatory processes.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and mentorship to build project management skills and tool proficiency.
  • Promote and follow Precision Principles, including client service, purpose, accountability, mutual respect, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional environment preferred.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related life sciences experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability to new tools, changing priorities, and shifting priorities.
  • Initiative to take proactive steps with managerial support.
  • Accountability and follow-through on commitments.
  • Willingness to participate in onboarding, training, and mentorship.
  • Experience with Workfront is implied as a key part of the role.
