Description

  • Generate content outlines with a clear story arc and complete reference lists.
  • Develop client-ready drafts of slides, executive and comprehensive summaries, and other meeting materials.
  • Organize and annotate references according to client directives or house style.
  • Conduct thorough literature searches using appropriate strategies, keywords, and multiple sources.
  • Perform content reviews, interpret results, identify limitations, and discuss unexpected findings.
  • Confer with medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review committees, respond to queries, and implement required changes.
  • Collaborate with clients, editors, and scientific directors to align materials with project objectives and timelines.

Requirements

  • Advanced science degree (PharmD, MD, PhD).
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in medical/scientific communications or related field.
  • Domain knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas and familiarity with regulatory/scientific guidelines.
  • Understanding of key statistical concepts and ability to interpret and represent data accurately.
  • Excellent writing skills: logical, succinct, and accurate data interpretation and representation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and reference-management software (e.g., EndNote).
  • Strong literature-search skills and experience organizing and annotating references.
  • Experience working within MLR review processes and addressing reviewer queries.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, able to meet timelines and maintain data integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration, problem solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
