Description

  • Build dashboards and reports in PowerBI for metrics and finance reporting.
  • Manage complex financial models, including project profitability analysis, and present findings to leadership.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on departmental and regional reporting.
  • Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement streamlined procedures.
  • Support finance teams with analysis of revenues, sales, and costs based on contracts.
  • Prepare analyses of billing roles and rates, client and project profitability, and CRO metrics.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis comparing forecast to actuals and recommend actions to management.
  • Assist with creating financial presentations for executive management.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting package materials and support monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasting cycles.
  • Work with department managers and other teams to collect inputs, review financial dashboards, and support ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance.
  • 3+ years of practical experience.
  • Advanced experience with MS PowerBI.
  • Experience with CoPilot or other AI tools.
  • Advanced experience with PowerPoint and Excel, including XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data consolidations.
  • Excellent financial modeling capabilities and experience handling large datasets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Comfort working across different time zones with geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: ability to translate analyses into clear presentations and provide informed opinions on forecasting, planning, and profitability issues.
