Description

  • Build and lead all aspects of project workstreams.
  • Provide clear direction to project teams and coordinate resources to deliver client objectives.
  • Manage project plans to meet all client deliverables.
  • Direct primary research with stakeholders including payers, key opinion leaders, and physicians.
  • Synthesize insights from primary and secondary research and develop recommendations.
  • Develop pricing and market access strategy for client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Attend and lead client meetings, including managing client expectations.
  • Ensure work products contain accurate data and proper citations.
  • Develop expertise in specific subject areas and contribute to product, pitch, and IP development.
  • Mentor, train, and support analysts and consultants as part of practice development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a record of academic excellence.
  • 3-5 years of consulting or related business analytics/strategy experience in the healthcare space.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or diagnostics industries.
  • Knowledge of global pricing and market access through healthcare consulting or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Academic concentration in Science, Economics, or Business is preferred.
  • Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
